Transportation Getting around the District is simple thanks to easy walkable streets, an accessible bus system and cab companies. The Amtrak station is also located on the north side of the District making connections to Harrisburg and Philadelphia easy. For bus information, please refer to Red Rose Transit Authority's web site for schedules, routes and fares: [website] For additional questions, please call Red Rose Transit Authority at 717-397-4246. There are two main routes that travel within the District though there are connections to other routes for travel outside of the District.
