Make a Contribution The James Street Improvement District is a registered 501c(3), non-profit organization. It is funded by corporate and institutional contributions, grants from area foundations, contracts with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and through the contributions of individuals and small businesses. To make a contribution to the JSID, please send a check or money order made payable to the James Street Improvement District. Also, please include your name, address, phone number and email address so that we can add you to our database. This information will be kept confidential. If you would like to make a contribution under the name of your business, please also include the business name.
